Coming back
Ah, the suffering of fear.
It is part of being alive. Other people experience this too. I am not alone. In those moments:
May I be kind to myself.
May I give myself the compassion that I need.
These reminders and workings with fear are good to repeat several times before returning to work, or whatever activity with the utmost care. This practice can help us return home to more heart full presence and deal with the day with more confidence.

These pauses of catching ourself in the moments of fear, and praying that we may be kind and work through them in the best of ways are essential in growth.
I'm trying, and been doing the work, and will continue to do so.
