Practicing mindfulness

Working on being more mindful. Taking my time and being present. Really enjoyed these easy mindful ways to practice on Tiny Buddha.
Mindful Attitudes:
Non-judging. Patience. Beginner's mind. Trust. Non-striving. Acceptance. Letting go. Generosity.
The only thing we can control is our mind. Whatever has happened, come what may.. Our attitudes about what happens to us is everything. Meditation is really helping. Praying and meditating. I read something somewhere, said praying is talking to the universe and meditation is listening to it.
"The answers you seek will never come when the mind is busy, they come when the mind is still."
