Dealing with fear.
Get interested. Helps to begin the habit of pausing.
Like a lens, pause to change the default "fear" lens to a different one. Again, the pause.
Metta loving kindness meditation was taught by the Buddha to address fear. Pause, take note, and transform. Taking time for the practice, meditation through contemplation, and boom, inner peace.
Attend.
Notice it, label it. Breath in, feel it.
Befriend.
Offer it space. Say "yes." With kindness.
