without judgement

...Do you think peace will come some other place than here?
Some other time than now?

In some other heart than yours?
Peace is this moment without judgement.
That is all.

This moment in the heart-space where everything that is, is welcome.
Peace is this moment without thinking that it should be some other way

That you should feel some other thing
That your life should unfold according to your plans.

Peace is this moment without judgement.
This moment in the heart-space where everything that is, is

welcome.

Dorothy Hunt

All you ever longer for is
Before you in this moment
If you dare draw in a
Breath and whisper "Yes."

I like the way the teachings of the Tibetans. I drew this from True Refuge.. they taught that "we should allow our minds to be as vast as the sky and our daily conduct to be as fine as a grain of sand.

This reflects a basic truth: How we live today- the ways we treat others, the energy behind our words, our habits of relating to the earth- affects our own consciousness and ripples out into the world around us..

.. They also call us to compassionate living: to cherish and preserve life, to be generous, to speak the truth with kindness, to take care of our bodies and minds and bring consciousness and respect to relationships."

"Realizing who we are fulfills our human potential. We intuit that we are more mysterious and vast than the small self we experience through our stories and changing emotions."

Tara Brach

One of the biggest things I have been learning and will continue to learn is how important it is to deal with the uncomfortable. I makes sense why we avoid and reject the uncomfortable - it is us leaving presence in our bodies and judging what is happening rather than saying "yes" or "I consent."

This is just what is happening.
