Habits, traumas, joys, conditioning, trances, genetics, experiences, hopes - without aversion, regret, or judgement but with a lens of love, compassion, and wisdom. Sharing in a very vulnerable way with hopes someone out there can relate, find something meaningful, and or learn from my groundwork. In short: Just learning to live and pay it forward somehow.
