Tuning in deeply to understand myself with the intention to transform each step and moment for my own growth and for the benefit of others. Habits, traumas, joys, conditioning, trances, genetics, experiences, hopes - without aversion, regret, or judgement but with a lens of love, compassion, and wisdom. Sharing in a very vulnerable way with hopes someone out there can relate, find something meaningful, and or learn from my groundwork. In short: Just learning to live and pay it forward somehow.
